Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship the Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your peace of mind.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
